This guide will explain how to fill out and submit a Help Desk ticket. 


For Greyshirts with TR email address: If you are unsure which ticket to file, please visit our guide: What’s an Incident vs service request?


Submitting a Help Desk ticket:

  1. Go to: https://help.teamrubiconusa.org/
  2. Select the appropriate red button to open a new ticket:
    • For Greyshirts without a TR email address: Select Open a Ticket and fill out the required fields & submit.
    • For Greyshirts with a TR email address: Select Log In and fill out the required fields & submit.
  3. Once your ticket is submitted an agent will reach out to you directly for assistance.
