First, please make every reasonable attempt to obtain a copy of the receipt. If you don’t have a receipt, you will need to attach a Missing Receipt Affidavit to the expense in Concur (if the transaction is over $25). After adding your expense information in your report, select the “Attach Receipt” button and then select the link to create a Missing Receipt Affidavit. Select the expense you need to attach it to, and then click “Accept & Create.”
