Find your registration
1. Select Service Record from the top Navigation bar
2. Select My Events from the drop-down menu
From your Service Record, you will be able to review your Active (default) events, All Events, or those that you are listed as Attended, Withdrawn, or Waitlisted.
3. Select the Active Events drop-down to see the above choices
Can't attend anymore, no worries, we understand that life happens!
Cancel your registration (continuing from above steps)
After finding the event you can no longer attend:
4. Select the red Cancel button at the far right of the Event
5. Select the green Confirm button, from the pop-up window
Once processed, the Event will no longer be listed under Active Events and will now be listed under Withdrawn Events.
6. Select the Active Events drop-down and change it to Withdrawn Events
