Before you venture out on your operation and begin your journey, we recommend emailing your Point Of Contact (POC) with your travel details and include:
- Mode of transportation (driving/flying)
- Departure day/time
- Estimated arrival day/time
Please note that your POC will be tracking your travel information based on your availability form.
If you are flying, the onsite POC will contact you to arrange transportation from the airport to the operation site.
