Congrats! If you have received dispatch instructions it means you are being deployed! 


Our dispatch instructions contain important op-related information including: 

  • Point of Contact (POC)
  • Rally Location
  • Packing List
  • Expense Policy


Please review the dispatch email and ensure you follow all of the instructions carefully!


DO NOT BUY YOUR OWN FLIGHTS! 

TR's Mobilization Team will arrange that for you. You should get a separate email with your flight information.

DO:

  • Confirm your arrival time with the on-site POC
  • Keep in touch with the on-site POC if your flights should change or you are delayed in any way


If you need to change your dates AFTER you have reconfirmed but before dispatch:

  • Email the serve@teamrubiconusa.org with the required change
  • You will need to withdraw/cancel and request new dates 
    • There is no guarantee you will be rebooked to the Operation


If you need to cancel after being dispatched:

  • IMMEDIATELY notify the on-site POC for awareness and to update their team assignments
  • Email serve@teamrubiconusa.org so that Mobilization can cancel your flights (as applicable) and update the Operation roster
  • We understand that hiccups happen so no worries. We'll see you out on the next one!
