Self-Cancelling a Flight (Withdrawing after Dispatch)
- Cancel your registration in Roll Call
- Email mobilization@teamrubiconusa.org to notify National Mobilization of cancellation
Travel Delays or Airline Cancellations
Please do the following in order to secure new flights:
- Work with the airline gate agent at the terminal first to get rebooked on new flights

If the airline cannot work out new flights use the following methods depending on the type of itinerary you have:

GANT Itinerary: call the GANT Travel After Hours: 224.205.4714
- Explain the situation to the travel agent
- You can also call GANT while in line so they can reserve new flights for you by the time you reach the agent desk

Southwest E-Pass Flight
- Call the e-Pass help number on your itinerary

Airlink Flight
- Contact mobilization@teamrubiconusa.org to change an Airlink ticket or to have a new flight booked
