We'd be happy to help you update your profile, but there are many sections that you might need/want to update!

So, welcome to our Profile Section breakdown and page of links!

First if you just want to explore around on your own: 

1. Click the text with your name in the top right-hand corner of the Roll Call home page

2. Select Profile

After that, here is a breakdown of what's in each Profile section and links to any Knowledge Base Articles we have already setup! 

My Details:

• How do I update my name? I don't go by my legal name, why do you need it?

Contact Information:

• Mobile Phone
• How do I update my email in Roll Call?
• How do I update my home/mailing address in Roll Call?

Deployment Profile:

• How do I update my Date of Birth (DOB) in Roll Call?
• How do I update my emergency contact details in Roll Call?
• How do I update my airport details in Roll Call?
• How do I update my medical details (dietary, food allergies, sleep apnea) in Roll Call?

Notification Settings:

Deactivate Account: 

• How do I deactivate or close my Team Rubicon Roll Call account?
