For Greyshirts who need to withdraw from an operation after receiving dispatch instructions:
- IMMEDIATELY notify the on-site POC for awareness and to update their team assignments.
- Email serve@teamrubiconusa.org so that Mobilization can cancel your flights (as applicable) and update the Operation roster.
- We understand that hiccups happen so no worries. We'll see you out on the next one!
There are two ways to cancel an operation:
1. Roll Call
2. Events Details Page
This guide will provide step-by-step instructions on how to cancel your registration for an operation in both scenarios.
Scenario 1: Roll Call
1. Sign into Roll Call: https://rollcall-events.teamrubiconusa.org/
2. Select Service Record in the navigation bar and choose My Operations
3. Under Active Operations select Cancel next to the operation that you can no longer attend.
Once you confirm your cancelation, you will officially be withdrawn from that operation and that op will be listed under Withdrawn in the Service Record.
Scenario 2: Events Details Page
If you have the Event Page bookmarked (screenshot below), or access the event from the event calendar, scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see Your Status.
A. Select Edit Registration and choose Cancel registration.
Once you confirm your cancelation, you will officially be withdrawn from that operation and that op will be listed under Withdrawn in the Service Record.
