Before registering for an operation, check your Roll Call profile to confirm you're deployable!

If you received a text message or email inviting you to participate in an operation, please click the link to go directly to the event and skip straight to STAGE 01.

If you aren't receiving texts or emails about upcoming operations, please see our guide: How do I update my notifications (text, email, newsletters, etc)?


1. Sign into Roll Call: https://rollcall-events.teamrubiconusa.org/ 

2. Select Ops & Events in the navigation bar and choose Event Calendar OR (easier method) Search all Events.



3. In the Event Type field, type Operations to find the operation you're interested in attending. 

You can refine your search by entering information into any of the additional fields. 




4. Once you've chosen your preferred operation, you will be directed to the Event Description page, which offers comprehensive information about that particular operation. 

5. Under Event Details, fill out the required info and select, Register

  • For operations under 450-miles
    • Greyshirts are expected to drive. 
  • For operations outside the 450-mile radius
    • Greyshirts will be second in-line after local Greyshirts have been deployed and based on operation needs. 
    • You will have the options to view the flight waves available for that op.
      • Our Mobilization team will book that flight for you. Do not book your own flights
    • You can view/update your address in Roll Call if needed.



STAGE 01: PRE-DEPLOYMENT INFORMATOIN

1. Double check and confirm the accuracy of the following information:

  • Contact information
    • Verify that your mobile number, emergency contact name and number, and date of birth are accurate. 
  • Personal information
    • Have your legal identification handy while you fill in your personal information. It must match your government-issued ID exactly.
    • Please confirm if you use a sleep apnea machine. This way we can advise if appropriate access to overnight power supply is unavailable during the dates you selected to deploy. 
  • Airport information
    • Check and confirm your preferred airport. Team Rubicon will try to get you a flight from that location, but no guarantees, so please provide alternative airports as backups. 
  • Additional information
    • Check and confirm your Military information / Branch of Service.
    • Confirm your dietary restrictions and make any necessary updates if required.

2. Once you have checked and confirmed your pre-deployment information, select Next on the bottom of the page to continue.

3. Read and review the Team Rubicon Participation Agreement.

  • This is an important Legal Document. Read Carefully before signing. 


STAGE 02: DEPLOYMENT DATES

1. Select the available time periods you are able to deploy. 

  • The first date is the day you will begin travel to the operation and the last date if the date you will head home.
  • You may select multiple waves. Mobilization will dispatch you to the wave they need you the most. 
    • You will not be dispatched for consecutive waves, as Team Rubicon encourages you to change your socks after each deployment.


STAGE 03: DISPATCH INSTRUCTIONS

1. Select VIEW EVENT DETAILS for further information regarding your operation.

  • We recommend keeping the Event Details page (screenshot below) bookmarked to understand where you are in the process. 
  • The steps highlighted in green show your current registration progress for the operation. 
  • You can click the arrows to the right of each step to learn about your next action in the process.
