Once the initial planning of an operation is completed, a call to action (CTA) via text and email is sent out to Greyshirts eligible to register. This is how we active our fellow Greyshirts quickly to respond for communities in need.
CTAs are sent out once we've determined that it is safe for Greyshirts to hit the ground and start working within our core capabilities. Team Rubicon does not normally conduct direct responses such as search and rescue or woodland firefighting.
