First, ensure your shirt size is correct in your Roll Call profile!

To receive a grey shirt, you must first be deployable.  
Not sure if you are? Please review the: Am I deployment ready? Knowledge Base Article. 

You can receive your shirt upon attending your first Team Rubicon event, operation, or service project.  

If you have any further questions, please reach out to your Metro Area Contact (listed in Roll Call under Help) or the respective event Point of Contact (also listed in Roll Call under the event description). 

Current deployable volunteer/Greyshirt? Looking for a second shirt or different size? 

You may receive an extra shirt or exchange a new shirt for a different size when you serve, whether at a Team Rubicon event, operation, or service project. 

Please reach out to the POC for that event, operation, or service project (listed in Roll Call under the event description or in the dispatch instructions of an operation). Additionally, your local Metro Area Contact (listed in Roll Call under Help) may be able to help. 
 

I'm deploying on a multi-day Team Rubicon operation and only have one shirt. Can I get additional shirts? 
There will often be grey shirts available at operations. Feel free to contact the POC to ensure your shirt size is available. Note, we often have laundry services available for longer term events and operations.
