Instructors are required for Team Rubicon to continue its growth; not only do they provide valuable field training, these trainings are an experience in themselves. Training events make up a bulk of any Greyshirt's experience outside of operations, so we're always looking for Greyshirts that love to teach, serve, and share to become instructors.
