Please start by verifying your Roll Call email and resetting your password.

Verification ensures that you have the right email on file and we pull the right information from your old profile. Be sure to have your email client open in another tab for quick verification.

If you did not receive an email or something is wrong with your code, double check you have inserted the correct email that your Team Rubicon account is linked to. If it is correct, try clicking “Send new code” to try another verification code.

When you click 'Send Verification Code', an email will be sent to you with a 4 to 6 digit numerical code that you should copy and paste back into the 'Verification Code' field.

You will be asked to reset your password. Your password should meet the following requirements:

- 8-16 characters long

- at least (1) lowercase character

- at least (1) uppercase character

- at least (1) numeric digit (0-9)

- at least (1) of the following special characters: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ "" ( ) ; .

Once your password has been reset, you can log in to the new Roll Call!
