Whether you forgot your password, or you received an error message saying your password expired, the steps are the same to reset your Roll Call account password!
1. In a web browser, preferably Chrome, go to: https://rollcall.teamrubiconusa.org
2. Click the Sign In link in the upper right corner
3. On the "Welcome Back, Greyshirt" page, click the Forgot Password link
4. On the "Passwords are easy to forget" page, enter the Email address associated with your Roll Call account
5. Click the Send verification code button
6. Retrieve the verification code that was sent to the email address you entered
- Our emails often go to the SPAM/Trash folders by mistake, please check there if it's not in your Inbox
- This verification is only good for FIVE minutes!
7. Paste or type the verification code into the Verification code field
8. Click the Verify code button
With your email address verified (as seen in yellow highlighter)
9. Click the Continue button
10. Enter a password that you will remember (!) in the New Password field, it must fulfil the following criteria:
- 8-16 Characters
- Contain 3 out of the 4 following:
- Lowercase characters
- Uppercase characters
- Digits (0-9)
- one or more of the symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - + = [ ] { } | \ : ' ~ " ( ) ; .
11. Re-enter that same password in the Confirm New Password field

You will see an exclamation point in a red circle (as highlighted in yellow) if your passwords do not match:
12. Click the Continue button
You will be redirected to the "Welcome Back, Greyshirt" page
13. Enter the Email address associated with your Roll Call account
14. Enter the Password you JUST created
15. Click the big blue Continue button
Congrats, you will be redirected to the homepage associated with your Roll Call account!
