My background check status has come back as 'Under Review'. What does that mean?

An Under Review status means that your background check report has been returned with at least one record.

Designated Team Rubicon full-time staff will manually review the items flagged in accordance with our background check policy, assess your eligibility, and communicate determination and/or respective next steps.
