1) Make sure your browser's pop-up blocker is disabled.

2) Make sure all sections prior to the one you are trying to do are finished and marked complete.
3) Ensure you use the "Exit Course" button at the very end of the application.

4) If you are still having difficulties, try using a different browser (we recommend Chrome, Safari, or Edge).

5) If none of these things work, submit a help desk ticket and our team will investigate further!
