We know circumstances change and we respect your decision to step away.

If you just need to "change your socks" and take a break, long or short, it's ok! The best thing is just let your account sit dormant; we will be here when you are ready to come back! Please simply turn off your Notifications so that we don't disrupt your time off. (If you need assistance with this, please see the How do I update my notifications (text, email, newsletters, etc)? Article.)

However, if you truly want to deactivate/close your account you'll need to perform the following steps in the Profile section of your Roll Call account.

We appreciate you Stepping into the Arena with Team Rubicon for the time you did.

1. Click the text with your name in the top right-hand corner of the Roll Call home page

2. Select Profile

3. Click Deactivate Account in the left-hand navigation bar

4. Click the Yes radio button

5. Click the big red Save button at the bottom; the Confirm deactivation window will open (please ensure you don't have a pop-blocker enabled)

(In the Confirm deactivation window)

6. Click the Confirm button (noted in red to avoid confusion with the green Cancel button!)

One final reminder:

Please note that this will remove any certificates you have uploaded (such as ICS) as well as any Qualifications (like Sawyer) you may have.
If there is a chance you MIGHT step back into the arena with us, please just turn off your Notifications and let your account sit idle. It's OK!
