Use this guide for assistance in downloading and configuring the mobile app. The app provides access to the same features as the Help Desk website, so you can submit help tickets and service requests while on the go. Additionally, the app pushes notifications to your phone when the status of a ticket changes.
INSTALLING THE APP
The FreshService app is available for both Android and iOS devices. However, some iOS users have experienced login problems using the Google authentication service. If this occurs, you should still be able to access the Help Desk website through your mobile browser.
CONFIGURING THE APP
Once installed, open up the app. For the Helpdesk URL, enter teamrubiconusa.freshservice.org
On the Login screen, click the Google icon and then your @TRUSA account.
USING THE APP
If the login process is successful, the default screen will show your open help desk tickets.
Click the hamburger menu icon on the top left to access navigate to other content areas.
