Please make sure you are signed into Roll Call before proceeding.

Then, follow these steps to update your address in Roll Call:

 

1. Click the text with your name in the top right-hand corner of the Roll Call home page

2. Select Profile

 




3. Click Contact Information in the left-hand navigation bar

4. Click Edit in the Mailing Address; the Address Validator window will open (please ensure you don't have a pop-blocker enabled)

5. Select your Country from the drop-down

6. Enter your new address in the Address field 

  1. If your address appears under the Address field box, select it there!
  2. If your address does NOT populate under the Address field, select Enter address manually. 
    • A new Address Validator window will open
    • Enter your address in the relevant fields

7. After updating your address, using either method, Click the blue SUBMIT button

8. Click the X to close the window and return to Roll Call

 

 



Once you have successfully saved your address, your region and territory will update automatically!
If it doesn't, please give the system an hour or so to update.
